The Workface Efficiency® platform offers a demonstrated solution for capital projects, facilitating the planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of work activities.

Transitioning towards a paperless environment, users can operate without binders or clipboards. The platform provides project dashboards, real-time reports, and instant documentation capabilities via tablets and smartphones in the field. Additionally, it enables seamless integration of field activities with enterprise applications and workflows to access live data—eliminating reliance on spreadsheets for execution.

One notable feature is the ability to customize forms and procedures through the "Bring Your Own Forms" approach. This includes Smart Forms, Smart Procedures, Simple Forms (with PDF markup), and TruForms (Hybrid). An extensive library of ready-to-use applications, forms, and procedures further supports diverse project needs.

Designed with enterprise standards in mind, the platform ensures robust security—compliant with CICA 5025, aligned with ISO 27001 and Cobit 4.1—and maintains quality standards certified under ISO 9001:2015.

The cross-platform mobile architecture accommodates various devices, allowing users to initiate work on an iPhone, continue on a Windows Surface Tablet, complete tasks on an iPad, or access data via a browser from their desktop environment.

Regarding information integration, the platform connects seamlessly with enterprise content management systems. It supports structured data collection through Smart Forms, basic document handling via Simple Forms in the field, and employs logic and conditional branching within smart procedures to guide workflows. APIs facilitate integration with source applications. The user interface maintains a consistent look and feel across all business functions while ensuring data security, auditability, and control.
